Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                  
House consider the Senate message (page 2974) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 392(HSS) am                                                                                          
     "An Act relating to advanced practice registered nurses and                                                                
     physician assistants; and relating to death certificates, do not
